International Orders
Customs & Duties
What to Expect
International orders may be subject to additional charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These are determined entirely by local government policies and are beyond DVOTI's control.
All applicable duties, import taxes, or local handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon or before delivery.
Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays, re-attempt charges, or returned shipments.
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to our warehouse — and re-shipping charges may apply.
