WhatsApp Communication
Dvoti uses WhatsApp as a key channel for order updates, express delivery coordination, exchange support, and customer care. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receiving order-related messages on WhatsApp.
What We Send You on WhatsApp
Transactional messages: Order confirmations, dispatch notifications, shipping charge updates, exchange status, and delivery alerts.
Support conversations: Responses to your queries, return/exchange coordination, and unboxing video requests for damaged goods claims.
Promotional messages (only with consent): New arrivals, limited-time offers, and exclusive Dvoti events — sent only if you've opted in.
WhatsApp messages are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy in addition to ours. If you wish to stop receiving promotional WhatsApp messages, simply reply "STOP" or notify us at info@dvoti.com. Transactional messages (order updates) cannot be opted out of as they are essential to your order.
