These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dvoti, governing your access to and use of dvoti.com, including browsing, creating an account, and placing orders.
Your Agreement
By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of dvoti.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility: Our website and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or who are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Orders & Payment
We want every order to be smooth, transparent, and secure — from the moment you click "Buy" to the moment your package arrives.
Placing an Order
An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Pricing & Stock Errors
In the rare event of a pricing or stock display error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners, with delivery timelines depending on your location and the product ordered.

Our Delivery Partners
Orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket and delivered via courier partners including DTDC, FedEx, and Delhivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions beyond our control.
Accurate Address Required: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Dvoti is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and exchange process works.
7-Day Window
Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, via WhatsApp or email.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or Wrong Item
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised or made-to-order pieces (such as "Stitch with Dhuppta" orders) and sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Exchange Process
Once your return is picked up and quality-checked, an exchange or store credit is processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Ownership of Content
All content on this website — including product photography, designs, text, logos, the "Dvoti" name and brand marks, graphics, and website layout — is the exclusive property of Dvoti, or used under licence, and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.
Restricted Use
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any content from dvoti.com for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Limited personal use, such as sharing a product link, is permitted.
User-Submitted Content
If you share reviews, photos, or tag us on social media, you grant Dvoti a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display this content for marketing purposes, with credit where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability
We take care in everything we do, but as with any online service, certain limits on our liability apply.

Dvoti makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of product descriptions, or fitness for a particular purpose. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings and handcrafted variations.
Liability Cap
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indirect Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled as follows.
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Paonta Sahib / Sirmaur District, Himachal Pradesh.
Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly at info@dvoti.com so we can try to resolve the matter amicably. Most concerns can be settled quickly through direct conversation.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable in full.
